Whistleblowing policy
It is important for us at Livallco Stål AB & Ernströmgruppen to ensure that all our employees in all our companies work in a safe, secure, fair and transparent environment. We therefore encourage employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders to report suspected misconduct and/or suspected wrongdoing to our whistleblowing function.
Together with Whistleblowing Solutions AB, we have implemented a whistleblowing function (Whistlelink), where anonymous whistleblowing reports can be submitted.
All cases received are promptly handled by the company Whistleblowing Solutions, which acts as an external recipient for the Ernström Group's whistleblowing function.
All notifications receive a unique case number and a verification code. This information should be used to submit additional information or receive feedback on the case, which will be done within 90 days of receipt.
It is up to you how much information you want to provide and you are guaranteed anonymity throughout the process.
Whistleblowing Solutions conducts an initial assessment of the case to determine whether it is of such a nature that it can be handled by the whistleblowing function.
It is also our obligation as a company to make it clear that you may appear in a report in one way or another. Either as an identified subject of the report, witness or victim. As mentioned above, all reports are treated confidentially and the whistleblower is completely anonymous throughout the process.
Go to energygroups.whistlelink.com where you will find all the relevant information on how to report and how the case will be handled.
You can also access the link via the Ernström Group website.
