Forgital Group
The Forgital Group consists of three ring rolling mills. Forgital Italy, Dembiermont and FMDL.It forges a wide range of alloys, including carbon steel, stainless steel, superalloys and titanium.The Forgital group also has extensive experience in aluminium, copper and brass.The group is certified to ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100.
Forgital Italy
Forgital Italy has over a hundred years of experience in the production, heat treatment and machining of hot rolled rings in steel and other alloys. The plant is adapted to produce large series. Forgital Italy has numerous authorisations and certificates, the latest being NADCAP.
Dembiermont produces rings for a wide range of industries.
These include the space, nuclear, marine, oil and cement industries. Dembiermont is the most experienced plant in the group in working with aluminium. Dembiermont can produce rings from 10 kg up to 40 tonnes and diameters from 300 mm to 8000 mm.
The FMDL is the smallest work in the group.
FMDL specialises in producing smaller rings and freeform forgings: rings up to 2500 kg and freeform forgings up to 3500 kg with lengths up to 3500 mm. FMDL has great flexibility with short lead times.
