A nickel-iron-chromium alloy with high creep strength and good resistance to oxidation, carburisation and corrosion at temperatures up to 600°C. The chemical composition of Alloy 800HT is identical to Alloy 800 (UNS N08800), but with the exception of the higher level of carbon and the addition of Aluminium and Titanium. The controlled chemical composition, combined with high temperature annealing, ensures that these materials have greater creep and tensile strength compared to Alloy 800.
