1.4571 steel

The material 1.4571 is a titanium stabilised, stainless austenitic stainless steel, which has a very good corrosion resistance.

This stainless steel material has:

a certain level of magnetisation
excellent welding properties
good for cold forming.

X6CrNiMoTi17 is stainless, acid and heat resistant. The addition of titanium adds structural stability to the steel, allowing it to withstand high temperatures above 800°C for long periods without corroding. It can be machined by cold roughing and polishing. This steel is equivalent to the acid-resistant steel 1.4541.
